The torchbearers of 'Biryani' revolution were the Nizams of Hyderabad and being a Hyderabadi, we take utmost pride in preparing our dishes. All our biryanis are freshly cooked Mughlai style, also known as Kacche Gosht Ki Biryani or Dum Biryani.
Our dum biryanis are prepared with meat, marinated overnight with carefully chosen spices and then soaked in yogurt before cooking. The marinated meat is then layered between the long-grained aromatic basmati rice and slow cooked on dum, after sealing the special made biryani handi (pot) with a wheat dough. We give meticulous attention to time and temperature to avoid over or under cooking the meat and to bring the fragrant and aromatic flavour.
